A Word on Westerns is a podcast & web series devoted to preserving and documenting the history of film, television, and other media. Written, produced, directed, and hosted by television veteran Rob Word, episodes feature interviews with filmmakers and performers, most conducted at The Autry Museum in LA. The educational and informative interviews began broadcasting weekly on YouTube in January 2014 and now, for the first time, are available as a podcast too! A Word on Westerns Podcast will feature exclusive, extended interviews and new commentary from Rob & his son, the show's associate producer, RJ Word. Often quoted in books and related media programs, the discussions are available for research and study to schools, historians, interested students, and fans of America's western genre and related entertainment. But that doesn't mean they aren't full of laughs!
